Biere Vivante Sous-Voile
A special release from La Brasserie des Voirons. A micro brewery run by the lovely Christophe and Barbara, nestled in the Haute-Savoie, France. Situated at 715m above sea level, allows des Voirons to brew with fresh alpine water. So much more than a beer. This is a beverage that doesn't fit into any one category. It was sold out direct from the brewery within the the first week of being released. And for good reason. An assembled blonde brewed with the lees from two different cuvees from Jean-Francois Ganevat (Jura). Chardonnay sous voile 2012 & Savagnin sous voile 2008, and aged in vin jaune barrels. Unfined. Unfiltered. Organically Farmed. Biere de Garde.

Burdock Deep Froots II
This second version of Deep Froots is a blend of 1-2 year old barrel aged mixed-fermentation saisons that were aged on blackberries, blueberries and black raspberries + blended with a splash of Niagara pinot noir rosé before bottling. This beer has acid and is highly fruitay. Think momma’s fresh Raspberry tarts / Boysenberry popsicles + a little minty whiff from those black raspberries (what a fruit!). It’s been bottle conditioning for ~10 months.
